1. THE PROGRAMME FEE

The fee for CognateHelix is £1,750 per student for the full programme, from October 2026 to December 2027.

This is the total amount payable and there are no other charges levied by CognateUK for the programme. Anything not listed under "What the fee includes" is a travel or personal cost met directly by the family.

2. WHAT THE FEE INCLUDES

• All live online teaching sessions across the five modules, LSCPF, AIML, IEF, GCPP and ARC, as set out in the published programme timetable
• Individual and small-group coaching and guided progression activity
• Cambridge residential weekend, 6 and 7 February 2027, including accommodation and all meals
• Partner-school AIML day
• Two Signature Project Reviews
• Three-day Summer Intensive, 27 to 29 July 2027
• Signature Project Showcase
• Access to the CognateHelix digital platform and ProfBot throughout the programme and for 90 days after the student's individual completion point
• All programme learning materials
• Written developmental feedback
• Completion Statement where the student completes the programme

The published programme timetable is the authority for current dates and delivery arrangements.

3. WHAT THE FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE

• Travel to and from the Cambridge residential
• Travel to and from the partner-school AIML day
• Personal spending money
• Equipment beyond a computer/tablet with internet access
• A-level tuition or examination fees
• Proposed International Workshop unless later confirmed in writing

4. HOW TO PAY

The fee is payable in full at enrolment.

Payment is taken online through the payment provider when the order is placed.

The contract is formed when CognateUK sends the enrolment confirmation email.

Where paying in full is difficult, the parent should contact:

before enrolling.

CognateUK may agree an instalment arrangement in writing before enrolment.

Any arrangement:

• is agreed individually
• specifies amounts and due dates
• keeps the total payable at £1,750
• carries no interest, administration charge or premium
• is not a subscription
• does not give an additional cancellation right

If payment is overdue, CognateUK contacts the customer and allows at least 14 days to resolve it before further action.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

There is a legal right to cancel within 14 days of the day the enrolment confirmation is sent.

After that, the student may be withdrawn on 30 days' notice by email.

Refunds after programme commencement are calculated pro rata.

A capped deduction for committed residential costs applies to withdrawals notified on or after 31 December 2026.

6. KEY DATES

Programme start: Sunday 4 October 2026

Committed-cost date for Cambridge residential: Thursday 31 December 2026

Cambridge residential: Saturday 6 to Sunday 7 February 2027

Summer Intensive: Tuesday 27 to Thursday 29 July 2027

Signature Project Showcase: 28 November 2027

Programme close: December 2027, exact date to be confirmed in the Launch Calendar
