Social Media and Professional Boundaries Policy

Students participating in CognateUK and CognateHelix programmes should represent themselves and the programme responsibly on social media and maintain professional boundaries online.
- Do not share confidential cohort materials or fellow feedback publicly.
- Obtain consent before posting images of other participants.
- Follow school and programme safeguarding guidance when discussing online activity.
- Tag CognateUK or CognateHelix only when content accurately reflects programme activities.
- Student/tutor direct social-media connections are prohibited during programme participation.
