All users must acknowledge this policy before platform access. ProfBot rules in the current policy include: AI responses are starting points, not authoritative; outputs must be tested against evidence, programme materials, and tutor guidance; no unnecessary sensitive personal information; no other person's private information; no third-party confidential material; ProfBot does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice; and safeguarding monitoring applies.
