What we collect
We collect identity and contact information, educational progress, onboarding assessments (where applicable), portfolio work, and engagement data from live sessions and platform use.
Why we use it
- To deliver the FutureReady programme and personalised support
- To allow fellows and approved sponsors to support student progress
- To improve programme quality and safeguarding
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations
Who can see student data
Students control some sharing preferences during onboarding. Sponsors only see information permitted by link type and student approval. Fellows see cohort students they support.
Retention
We retain educational records in line with UK regulatory guidance and delete or anonymise data when no longer required for the purposes above.
Your rights
Parents or students aged 18+ may request access, correction, or deletion subject to legal limits. Contact office.uk@excellence-first.com.
